CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel an appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us via email three (3) days in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Please send cancellation notice with your full name, appointment date and time to Info@Chisselbeautystudio.com. We will manually cancel and you would need to then rebook a day and a time that works for you. As a gesture of respect towards your stylist, it is important to understand that the time allocated for your appointment is solely dedicated to catering to your hair needs.
